Florence Group: the holding model wins

Nobody dares to say “small is beautiful” anymore, the need for alliances and aggregations challenges the ancient Tuscan individualism. We are perfectly aware of this. That's why we organized ourselves into a Group.

The Florence Group business model is focused on clothing and will have to find a solid structure through progressive acquisitions. We, together with Giuntini and Mely's, have joined forces, participating in the holding with 35%, but other companies will soon increase both the size and the strength of the group, which today has about 150 million turnover for a total of 700 employees.

The market has evolved. We will set up a selected supply chain to aim for increasingly important orders. Offering an increasingly complete and efficient service means increasing our contractual strength.
